The closest beach is Las Chapas/Cabopino - only five minutes away by car. There are several other beautiful beaches along the coast. CitiesThe apartment is 11 kilometres away from Marbella's city centre and 18 kilometres from Fuengirola, which offers a variety of leisure activities. Charming Calahonda is only five kilometres away.Renting a car is recommended, as there are no restaurants or shops within walking distance of the apartment. By foot, the restaurants are approximately 20 - 30 minutes away. A supermarket is located a 15-minute walk away from the apartment. Local taxies are also available. Prices may vary, but are usually approximately in the range of 1 000 - 3000 NOK from Norway. Airlines flying to Marbella include: www.sasbraathens.no www.norwegian.no www.sterling.dk www.klm.com www.airfrance.com From Malaga airportTaxi: A taxi from the airport to the apartment will cost approx 50-55 Euros. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.Car: As you come out of the airport you will come to a roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout (sign posted Algeciras, Cadiz) and stay in the right-hand lane, so that the San Miguel factory is on your right. Follow the road around to the right. You will now be at a give way sign that approaches a three-lane road. When you enter the three-lane road, stay in the right-hand lane. You will pass the BMW showroom on your right. The right-hand lane will take you on to the AP7 for Algeciras, Cadiz. Follow this road (AP7) for approximately 15 minutes, the road then splits into AP7 Peaje to Algeciras and Cadiz, and A7 Fuengirola. You need to take the exit for the A7 Fuengirola, exit 214. Follow the road around to the left. You are now on the A7 (coast road). Stay on this road for approximately 15 minutes. Take the exit for Las Chapas. You will then come to a roundabout. Take the first exit so OpenCor is on your right-hand side. Follow the road straight ahead. Drive straight ahead through the mini roundabout with the security hut on it. You will pass the Doña Pepa Commercial Centre on your right. Go down and then up the hill. Where the road forks, go to the left. Drive all the way up the hill. You will drive under an archway with a shield and R M on it and a security hut on your right hand side.
