Omega launches My Profile


Keep your personal information, employee benefits, agreements and subscriptions up to date at all times! You can now access and edit this information on Omega’s new My Profile page. 


My Profile provides you with easy access to your contact information, employee details, employee benefits and agreements via Omega. As well as offering a complete overview of your information, My Profile allows you to update the information registered. 


My Profile is now available on Connect. Log on to Connect to find out more about My Profile. The first time you visit Connect you will be asked to make some updates on My Profile in regard to your contact information, Next of Kin and the name and age of your children

“We have developed My Profile to give everyone a full overview of your their personal information, employee details, benefits, agreements and subscriptions throughout Omega. My Profile also offers the possibility to update this information yourself, without having to contact us by email or phone,” says Jorunn Wathne Løhaugen, who has been in charge of the My profile project along with Manager of Omega’s Technology Department, Peter Øren, and Web Designer, Erich Monteiro. 

Mobile Profile 


Personal information, benefits and other details regarding your employment with Omega is registered in Omega’s internal personnel database when you are first employed.
Changes and updates have, until now, been managed manually via Omega’s Service Center or Administration. My Profile will periodically ask you to check and confirm that the information registered is correct. 

“With My Profile in place, you can now update this information yourself – anywhere and anytime. The mobile version of this application has been a high priority during My Profile’s development. So, if you need to change your address, Next of Kin information, or sign up for one of our benefits, you can easily manage this yourself, with a few clicks,” says Wathne Løhaugen.
