Stillingsbeskrivelse

En av våre kunder har foran seg en portefølje av prosjekter som de arbeider med å modne frem.  I den forbindelse har de nå behov for en Prosjekt Leder for å følge opp / være ansvarlig for Tekniske Installasjoner. (Hovedvekt på mekanisk og elektro)

Den riktige ressursen har god erfaring med gjennomføring av bygg- og anleggsprosjekter, innenfor tekniske fag, mekanisk og elektro.

Oppstart er ønskelig snarest mulig (høst 24), med ønske om Stavanger som lokasjon, noe reisevirksomhet må påregnes.

• Primary resonsibility for Project Management and control of the scope
• Follow up contractor and their scope of work to maintain progress and deliver within agreed frames.
• Lead and develop the team, and ensure team accountability for monitoring the Contractors scope in alligment with: 
  1. Contract obligations.
  2. HSE Standards
  3. Quality requirements
  4. Cost and schedule measures.
  5. Risks
• Responsible for managing and following up contractors on building sites.
• Close corporation with other Project Managers and Interface Manager, to assure that interfaces are identified and clarified.
• Close corporation with Completion/Commissioning Manager.
• Monthly reporting

Kvalifikasjoner

• Proven experience in project management, demonstrating a successful track record of delivering projects on time, and within budget.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.
