The weekend unfolded with a range of activities that brought the team closer to the Arctic wilderness.

Svalbard’s polar summer, which runs from mid-May to September, offers endless daylight and a landscape rich with flowers, mosses, and fossils. The Omega 365 team took full advantage of this unique setting, blending professional discussions with outdoor activities throughout the weekend.

The weekend featured a variety of activities that allowed the team to experience the Arctic wilderness up close. These included an early morning ATV safari through rugged terrain, a scenic cycling tour, and a fossil tour at the Longyear Glacier.

In Longyearbyen, the administrative center of Svalbard, the team enjoyed beer tasting and a tapas lunch, setting the tone for the days ahead. Alongside industry presentations and discussions on Omega 365’s recent developments, the group also gathered for dinner at Camp Barentz. The weekend provided an opportunity for colleagues from across the organization to connect and get to know each other better.
