Students visit Ølensvåg HQ
Recently, 20 students from Ølen Upper Secondary School visited the Omega 365 headquarters in Ølensvåg, Norway, as part of their economics study day. During the visit, the students were introduced to Omega 365's operations and gained valuable insights into different aspects of the company.

“We gave a presentation about Omega 365, highlighting our three largest companies: Omega 365 Consulting, Omega 365 Subsea, and Omega 365 Solutions. Additionally, we introduced other companies, such as Omega 365 Design and Omega 365 Areal, to demonstrate the breadth of our organization and the wide range of opportunities available. We also covered topics like sustainability, Omega 365’s community engagement, and our unique welfare program, Advantage,” says safety representative Hilde Gundersen.
Ove Eidsheim, the Accounting Manager at Omega 365 Admin, provided an overview of the company's organizational structure, explaining how payroll, invoicing, and accounting are managed both in Norway and internationally.
At the end of the visit, the students were treated to delicious cinnamon buns from the cafeteria and received an Omega 365 water bottle and gym bag as souvenirs.
